Neighborhood Profile For Greeley Colorado
Housing inventory in Denver remains on the low side as buyers continue to snatch up all types of listings available. If you’re expanding your search to include Northern Colorado cities in you should definitely put Greeley on your list of places to check out. Though a bit off the beaten path, this up and coming city has a lot to offer.
Greeley is a thriving city of more than 100,000, with relatively affordable housing prices and numerous future development plans. Like most of Colorado, it is fast-growing.

The median home price in Greeley is $227,900, up 8.5 percent since last year, but still a far cry from Denver's median home price of more than $350,000, according to real estate website Trulia.com.
With a population of just over 100,000, Greeley is home to more than 2,500 businesses and is one of the U.S.'s fastest-growing metro areas.
It's also Colorado's best affordable city and No. 7 in the U.S., according to Livability's "10 Best Affordable Places to Live" report released earlier this year, and it's the No. 59 city in the U.S. ranked by Zumper as a "best place for new grads."
In 2015, the Milken Institute ranked Greeley the ninth "top-performing" city in the nation.
