Lowry real estate continues to be a culturally-rich environment that is committed to celebrating the arts. Public art can be found virtually everywhere here, with an abundance of unique sculptures, murals, and other pieces placed throughout the community. And with continued growth and development, the community of Lowry is emerging as an increasingly unique and exciting place to live. The city is a proud recipient of the Governor's Award for Smart Growth and is considered to be a model community for urban-infill projects across the country.

Within the boundaries of Lowry, residents and visitors have the opportunity to enjoy more than 800 acres of parks and recreation areas, ranging from small neighborhood playgrounds scattered about, to larger more unique and picturesque green spaces. Lowry's parks are well known for an extensive variety of beautiful floral gardens and trees that make it one of the greenest and most environmentally friendly communities in the Denver Metropolitan area. The city is located on the site of the former Lowry Airfield and Air Force Base, and lucky residents here are close to major interstates and local throughways, offering quick access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options in the surrounding areas.

The idea here for the Lowry project was to take an existing urban area and give it new life and avoid the problems associated with urban growth. This modern neighborhood combines exciting retail and dining experiences, with a variety of single family, luxury customs, town homes, patio homes, condominiums, and apartments, as well as a retirement community.  Lowry’s Town Center District is an artful blend of traditional and contemporary designs, while in the West Neighborhood historic housing has been skillfully renovated, and seamlessly integrated with new construction.

Currently listings in Lowry range in price from about $90,000 to $1,799,999, with the average home price falling right around $455,000.
