Beyond some of the larger attractions in Morrison, the town has plenty to offer on its own, making it a popular day destination for people looking to get away from the downtown area for a bit. Morrison features a trail system that snakes around the outskirts of the town and connects to the Bear Creek trail, and there are plenty of bars and restaurant choices, including The Fort, which is famous for its old-west fare.
