Bound by Yale, Evans, and Quebec, Goldsmith is a popular southern Denver neighborhood that offers an easy commute to different parts of the city, as well as a quiet and residential feel. Homes here are mainly of the single-family variety built in the 1960s and 70s that are still in great shape. The location is a bit tucked away, but residents here enjoy convenient access to both downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center.

Comprised of families with children, empty-nesters/retirees, and young professionals, Goldsmith is a quaint and charming neighborhood that usually provides a lower cost of living without compromising quality lifestyle standards.

Along the major thoroughfares, you can find lots of retail stores, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, along with salons and gyms.

For those who love the outdoors, Goldsmith has lots of options. Denver's longest "urban park," the High Line Canal, runs through Goldsmith and provides a great outdoor escape. From Yale to Evans, the Canal snakes almost three miles through the neighborhood where residents enjoy towering cottonwood trees on their walks and runs.

On the north side of Goldsmith is Cook Park and on the neighborhood's southern border, one of Denver's premier parks -- James A. Bible Park -- is ready to provide endless hours of outdoor exploring. There you'll find plenty of open space and fields, and the park is encircled by the High Line Canal.

The private Cherry Creek Country Club is due east of Goldsmith, and further to the southeast is the City of Denver Kennedy Golf Course.

Not only is there plenty to do in this exciting part of the city, but Goldsmith is also one of the more diverse neighborhoods in Denver. In fact, according to niche.com, it ranks #14th out of 75 of the most diverse communities in the Mile High City.
